Uncovering how PECO provides more than one type of energy.

PECO is an active participant in its local community, giving away money and support to local partners to better its neighborhoods each year. But very few people are aware of it. Our solution was to acknowledge the type of “power” PECO is known for (electricity and gas) and use it as a means to talk about another form of “power” PECO provides—an empowered community. Using a mix of outdoor, radio and a few guerilla tactics, the PECO Powers campaign helped explain that while PECO may keep the lights on—they also power raised hands in classrooms, a cleaner environment and much more.
